We really enjoyed this hip new hotel. the lobby served a great selection of meals for breakfast. the location was marvelous and favorable, in the middle of Jackson. Plus, it was really close to Sevierville and eastern Morristown.

Everything here was great, I would return there. I loved the hotel, its well-appointed room and excellent staff. The location was marvellous and good, in the middle of jackson! Local fast food option Taco Bell was 10 minutes walk away. The restaurant was at a medium distance from the property.

Breakfast options in the lobby were great! 🍳 Easy to find, located right by eastern Morristown and Sevierville for the next day. Also, centrally positioned in Jackson. No complaints from me!

I enjoyed my well-appointed and modern room. the pool was nice. - the location was favorable and perfect, just next door to eastern Morristown and Sevierville. - Easily reached Hardee's, located just a short walk away from the hotel. - Had lunch/dinner there.

Our stay at Fairfield Inn was pleasant and comfortable. The room was impeccably designed with modern amenities, including plenty of power outlets and a spacious bathroom with convenient shelves. The bed was cozy and the linens were clean. The hotel staff and management were friendly and efficient, making our experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent design and friendly service.

Modern design, new rooms and common areas. Big white shower, plenty of shelves in bathroom and room. Comfortable bed with clean linens. Lots of power and USB outlets. Friendly and efficient staff. Better experience than previous hotel stay in the area.

The hotel was in an ideal location, close to businesses and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The fitness center and pool were nice amenities.
The breakfast selection left much to be desired.
